On the 30th of December 2012, I had a baking session with my good friend Khairunisa~!☆
we do baking sessions together once in awhile.

DURIAN PUFFS~★★★★!
both of us are durian lovers.
we love eating durian, so this project is...perfect.
well in my opinion.
With the help of my brother taking 'artistic photos' while i was preparing its ingredients.

the ingredient for the puff/ profiteroles is sooooooo simple.

We used gloves, and that gloves...after doing the 'skinning' was cleaned by eating bits of durians on it.
the dough was piped!
well, you could just snip off the end of a normal plastic bag and use it.
but i used a round nozzle piping bag for this.
