chocolate fudge!

★★★ WE DID THIS ON MOTHER'S DAY 2011.

one day before mother's day, because on the day itself, we're gonna bake other stuffs.

THIS IS

★CHOCOLATE FUDGE★

is doesn't look presentable, i'm not pro at taking pro pictures.
there's two chocolate fudges!
★THE TASTE!★

is sorta like weird, because on the fudge, the taste of sour cream is too strong,

sour cream + dark chocolate = not that nice.

should have had used milk chocolate!
★THE CAKE!★

the cake itself is nicely done though!

its bouncy! just like a pound cake!

i gave some to my grandparent's house that afternoon.

went to NTUC to buy cream cheese for tomorrow.

but i forgot to take it back home, and left it at my grandparent's house -.,-

so we went back the next day, to take it home.
